Spread across several homes or rehab centers in Orange County, Yellowstone Recovery provides addiction recovery and rehab treatment services to men and women with various substance use disorders.
By providing structure and a sense of calm within our Orange County rehab, we offer the best level of care to suit each of the participants in our treatment programs.
Our various Southern California outpatient or residential treatment program options include group therapy, one-on-one counseling, and other experiential treatments like music, art, or animal-assisted therapies. These sessions promote personal and spiritual growth, family values, anger management, and relapse prevention.
Yellowstone Recovery addiction treatment centers in Orange County take an evidence-based, individualized approach to each participant and ensure to take a possible dual diagnosis or long-term support requirement into account when planning their schedules and the duration of their program.
Each patient attending our drug and alcohol rehab in Orange County, CA will start their treatment from one of three initial points: detox, residential inpatient, or intensive outpatient programs.
Before entering detox, each patient at our Orange County drug rehab undergoes a medical and psychological examination. This evaluation takes into account what substances you used and how much for how long.
This information can help our staff better understand your needs and understand what your detox process may be like. Personnel will also take into account any co-occurring mental illnesses that may affect your treatment.
Our Orange County rehab provides either cold-turkey or medication-assisted detox treatments aimed at purging your body of all traces of the substance you abused while providing constant health care and supervision.
Once you complete the detox, you will likely move on to residential inpatient treatment. This program lasts for around 30 days and requires you
to live on-site in one of our various gender-specific homes. Our patient-to-staff ratio never exceeds 3:1, ensuring you have constant, attentive care to address your personal and treatment-based needs.
Daily treatments include individual counseling, group, and family therapy. Participants live, eat, and spend their recreational time together within their respective homes. They also take on a 30-day blackout session where no cell phones or contact with people outside their treatment program is allowed.
Once the inpatient treatment is completed, participants will either be recommended for outpatient treatment or an extended care residential program.
Extended care residential programs still require on-site living while attending meetings, finding a sponsor, relapse prevention lessons, and starting work on a twelve-step plan. In the later stages of this program, Yellowstone Recovery also offers a job-finding service, allowing them to leave the facility to attend work daily.
The outpatient program at our drug rehab in Orange County is another, more flexible option for people who have completed detox and a residential program successfully. During this treatment, participants can live off-site with family or in a sober living home while attending regular meetings and therapy sessions over weekdays.
This treatment option allows participants to have a greater sense of control over their lives and is recommended for individuals with strong, positive family ties or a solid support network.
The final treatment option available as a starting point is intensive outpatient treatment (IOP). The IOP services at our Orange County rehab start from scratch and are suitable for patients who do not require detox or residential treatment.
As a low-cost, flexible alternative to standard inpatient treatment plans, IOPs offer participants the freedom to continue their work or studies while attending therapy and counseling. Clients need to attend at least four such sessions a week and make living arrangements with family or a sober living home that is alcohol- and drug-free.
Because each participant in our programs has different needs and personal preferences, we also offer specialized treatment options to ensure we cater to everyone.
Besides experiential therapy, our unique services include:
- Family support groups: Offers the loved ones of participants in our programs the advice and listening ear they need to deal with their own issues and emotions.
- Rehab for women: Our female-only rehab focuses on treatments developed specifically to help women in a society where most addiction recovery programs are aimed at men.
- Rehab for young adults: This demographic accounts for a significant percentage of individuals addicted to drugs or alcohol. Our program provides treatment based on the unique roots of addiction in young adults and helps address the underlying disorders contributing to it.
- Substance-specific programs: The effects of alcohol and drug addiction may share similarities, but they are not the same thing, nor do they require the same treatment. Our facility offers programs focused on dealing with individual substances and their effects on the user.
Addictions treated in our Orange County rehab include:
- Alcohol
- Amphetamines
- Cocaine
- Heroin
- Marijuana
- Meth
- Opioids
- Prescription drugs
