Yellowstone Recovery's Mission Statement
Yellowstone is a family of recovery homes which help both women and men who want long-term sobriety, our program is based on the 12-step recovery program.
Yellowstone provides residents with a safe, supportive environment, a clean and sober living experience based on sobriety and a new way of living without drugs or alcohol.
Our volunteers, staff, counselors and court liaisons are fully available to all Yellowstone residents on a sliding scale basis.
We Have has introduced the 12-step program of recovery to more than 5000 residents that suffered from alcoholism and/or drug addiction.
History of Yellowstone Recovery
Our program was founded originally to provide a place and plan for indigent women who suffer from the disease of alcoholism and/or drug addiction. Our primary purpose is to help them stay sober.
Currently, we have a 10-90 day program which can be followed by a year or more of sober living. We never make anyone leave that still desires a safe environment where they can progress in sobriety.
Yellowstone is a first-step house dedicated to helping alcoholics and addicts begin their journey toward recovery.
During their 10-90 day stay, Yellowstone residents find, at little or no charge: food, shelter, counseling, and AA's 12-step Program of Recovery.
For the remainder of their stay we help them build a new way of living in one of our transitional or sober living homes.
